Hey team,
I've been going through Lab 7-1 in the CCNP ROUTE lab manual and seem to be having trouble with the IPsec and NAT configs. The gist of my issue seems to be with my configurations and I can't quite pin down where, though I suspect I'm having some NAT and/or VPN problem on my Branch router. When I PING from Branch Lo1 to HQ Lo1, I get 'host (10.10.10.1) unreachable' replies from the ISP router. However, when I PING from HQ Lo1 to Branch Lo1, debug from the ISP router still only also sends 'host (10.10.10.1) unreachable' replies to the Branch router. I've followed the lab instructions all the way up to right before creating GRE tunnels, but for some reason my configs appear to be wrong and I can't pass traffic sourced from local loopbacks to remote loopbacks. I found the pdf online (https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/servlet/JiveServlet/previewBody/10182-102-1-37273/CCNP%20ROUTE%206.0%20SLM.pdf) for reference. I got stuck on page 310, Step 3-c. I don't see why my configuration isn't triggering the IPsec tunnel when I perform 'ping 10.10.10.1 source 192.168.1.1' from the Branch router. (I can manually trigger the tunnel by pinging the loopback locally, however). I'm hoping I've overlooked something, been banging my head on this for hours. Thank you in advance.
